Not surprised, had a heavy meal right before bed. Been an emotional roller coaster of a week! Sometimes stress eating; sometimes celebration eating!
83.8 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 22.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Liv001! I was also up a lot earlier, so I weighed myself a lot earlier! I am hoping any stress this week will be positive stress haha
