I did nothing to deserve this. Had my taxes done after work, so was running late. Didn't feel like cooking so we went out for Chinese food. I was good. Had a dumpling, very small amount of rice, the rest was pork and snow peas and brocolli... But it was pretty late. Anyway, I will take the loss and bask in the glow of my blue toe polish.
81.5 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
