This morning the lights of Memorial City were done up in festive Mardi Gras colors!! Which is a reminder of two things. I did not eat any king cake, pancakes or donuts yesterday, so "yay me"! But also another opportunity to give something up (for lent). So that could be something to do with self discipline and diet or it could mean something like extra charity and kindness for the next 40 days.
So I my fast will involve giving up "sugar free candy" and look for extra opportunities to be kind (which really should be a 365 goal, but the next 40 are a start)
81.1 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 19.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
