Yes, I went down.

I was balanced this weekends. Friday and Saturday I was super busy with weekend projects getting the yard summer ready and staining our deck in 40 degree weather. So when my husband suggested Saturday morning that as a treat for me in that I didn't have to cook and a treat for our kids we go out for pizza at a place with four bouncy castles kids can jump in I was all for it. I did have three pieces, but no soda and I was under for calories, because I had a flourless banana crepes with kefir and strawberries for breakfast. Truvia so no sugar and because it was a brunch there was no breakfast or lunch.

Sunday I was sore from all of the labor and we had left over pizza for lunch but I stuck to two slices and then had a healthy creamy mustard mushroom white wine chicken. No flour to thicken no sugar, it was great and low calorie according to Pinterest. After church we just had a movie and play on the floor with the kids day which we don't watch TV during the week so it was a nice break.

I wasn't perfect. The pizza is definitely not anti-inflammatory, but everything else was and while I was lazy on Sunday I was crazy active Friday and Saturday. I wasn't sure with the pizza if I would lose so I will take the .4.

Oh and the best part of the weekend. I hadn't seen my brother since his daughters birthday about six weeks ago and before that was Christmas, but he surprised us and came to our church on Sunday and sat with us. The first thing he said when he saw me was "You've lost weight." I said, a little, and he was like the fact that I could tell says I don't see you enough. What a brother!
99.1 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 35.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
