It was a challenging challenge day as I only ate two meals. Easing back into fulltime eating again! Anyway, feeling much better and am able to look at pictures of food without being queasy!
We closed on our new house this morning!!! and i have a project happy hour tonight for work. So lots of celebrating this weekend (although we should really just be eating at home to save some money!) I will be treading lightly with the cocktails tonight as I don't feel like my tummy could handle it.
Had a half a cup of coffee this am, without any bad reprecussion!
79.7 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 18.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

WOW...A lot going on. For me, when those things happen, with work , kiddos, husband or home, I always need to stop, take a big breath at each food decision ...and take /make choices/ that way I take responsibility. This food thing is insidious. Best to you...ENJOY!💕
