Had an amazing time at dinner, got there early because we had had enough of packing! So we sat at the bar for a cocktail first. By the time our table was ready, there was no question that I was going to need to eat that bread! I tried to not scoff it too fast. We shared a relatively low carb appetizer. The fried oyster would be the culprit. Then of course the lovely steaks, were amazing. 20oz (Texas) Waygu ribeye bone in. My husband ate his whole steak, I had about half, maybe less.
NOt going to lie,there was a lot of wine too.
So not too upset about the pound gain, I figured it would be worse! However, it may sneak up on me later. Sneaky fat!
80.5 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
