Haven't been able to weigh-in, because my scale is still at the old house. I have been staying under calories since my last weigh in, and hoping that when I do get on, i won't be too disappointed!
80.3 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have heard that its better not to weigh yourself everyday. I didn't realize how addicted I was to it though!

I don't know if one approach is better than the other. I get a bit sad when I see people get very upset when the scale number is up not realizing that these fluctuation are normal. And when people confuses losing weight with losing fat... which is not the best either. But for people who can handle all that weighing is probably fine. I don't weigh because I know I am never going to get into that habit so I need to learn to read other signs instead.
