Not bad considering I was mindlessly eating mixed nuts in the car last night. I was hungry, tired, and feeling a bit blue so it doesn't surprise me that I did that. The only surprise is that I didn't stop and get a shitty value meal from somewhere. I already had a plan to have butternut squash noodles w/ some leftover meatballs so I went home and had them and they were good. They wouldve been better if I hadnt ate the nuts. Ill have to refocus on my goal, this is about where I start giving up and letting old habits back in.

I can so relate, when I am tired, I will snack on random food like cookies, cheese sticks, and chips.
