Had a high calorie lunch. Had to go food shopping after work, and we were both hungry...dangerous!! Hubs wanted to grill, so I naturally said ok! Ended up eating later because of all that. But I tried not to over eat at dinner ( a lot of leftover steak) I didn;t eat the brussels sprouts. I tried them in the air fryer, and they got crispy, but never got soft. So will recook them tonight or tomorrow.
Also was excited to discover Breyer's carbsmart fudgescicles (Had one for dessert)
80.1 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 18.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The Bryers CarbSmart Vanilla Ice Cream Bars (covered in chocolate) are also very good! When I was doing strict Keto, I could fit them even, even at 9 net carbs per serving.

Ok Debbie I will look for those too. these I think...were 5 net carbs. Normally I am downing the halo top, so it was nice to just have a little sweet after dinner.
