so either my scale was off the past two days, or I need to drink more water. I was bad about drinking water yesterday, because we were very busy doing unpacking stuff this weekend. Back to a better routine now that I am at work.
79.8 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
