Really easy dinner last night. Pre-zoodled Summer squash, sauteed with pancetta and olive oil, then served with alfredo. My husband had gnocchi so this was my Faux-pasta counter part. I had froze the zoodles, so they were a little limper than fresh and more like a noodle than a squash in texture that way. Just need to drain them before adding the sauce.
80.5 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
