Weight is up again a little but I know its because I devoured pizza last night and started shark week. Itll even back out, I just need to stay the course. I dont want to jump back into the 260s again when I finally got out of them. No excuses- going to the gym tonight!
117.5 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
