Breakfast for dinner last night. It was storming up outside, and we didn't want to go food shopping. Plus I had this avocado that was ready to go. I did manage to set the smoke alarm off with the bacon, but it came out perfect. Maybe I can use the smoke alarm as timer in the future!
81.4 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I love crispy bacon! Surprisingly, my alarm doesn't go off when I cook it, but I often have to open the kitchen window to let some of the smoke out! LOL!~

Ha ha on the smoke alarm. Cooking it slower would "fix" that but sometimes one is just too hungry for that. I love it crispy as well.
