I didnt track and though I had gone off the rails but my w/i was good today. I’ve been to the store and bought nourishing food. I’m ready for a successful week!
116.6 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 34.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
