Ahhh Sorry Debbie Cousins, I forgot to join the next challenge. You were being so nice and reminding me, I got spoiled. OK< I will all in for the next one!
Stayed on plan last night and it paid off.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
