ate terribly yesterday but I took a moment to count it up and stop before it got out of hand haha. Happy to see I didn't fall forward in weight.
73.7 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
