I hate to be that person that says "I think my scale is broken"...but it really is!~ I get like fluctuations +/- of 3 pounds in each consecutive reading this morning. Ever since i moved it from the old house, the mechanism underneath it has come off. It seems off balance. So I try to fix it each time, but I think I need a new one. Its not that old, so that's annoying. So I took an average of this am's readings, and this is my guesstimate!
81.7 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Me Too!!!!! So I just ignore it ...keep weighing ....and carry on. Yet, I still feel better when that broken scale ...ticks me down a few ounces...

haha right!!? I actually feel like my clothes are loose today, and I am not bloated. So it's one of those things, where the scale doesn't matter!
