Heck of a workout for me yesterday. Im tired and sore today. I didnt get much sleep last night due to a hyped up kid who is ready for school to be out, a mischievous dog who literally cant leave things alone, and a pesky tornado warning at 12:30 last night.

Nutrition wise Im seeing that Im not getting in as many fruits and veggies as Id like. Im betting thats part of the of problem with me going over my RDI lately.
117.3 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 34.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
