Im pissy and trying to not throw my progress away because Im in a bad mood. I need to keep remembering that Im going to the Cubs game on Monday and to keep my cals on the lower side the next couple of days to make up for it. Hard to do when Im so aggravated by everything and everyone.
115.9 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 33.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Is there something you can do that will break the pissy mood and save you from yourself? An activity that allows you to expend some energy and lessen the stress...like kick-boxing, or rowing, or something that takes lots of concentration or lots of effort? Those are the kinds of things I do when I get in that mood...my house always gets cleaner when I get mad at my husband...go figure...

I wish I had a punching bag! 😆. I went home and my kids report card was there so I can’t say it got better but I didn’t fall off track and I’m in a better mood today.
