I knew I would be up today so Im not shocked. I AM surprised that it was only a few pounds. There were a few times yesterday that I felt sick to my stomach and I dont know if it was the crap food that I had or if it was our Lyft/Cab drivers! Ha! Actually I suspect it was both. It wouldve been mostly fine actually if I hadnt just thrown in the towel and had a couple of things because I already flushed the day away. Funny how Im moving away from that behavior and its happening less and less. And when it does happen, I recognize it pretty quick and nip it before it becomes a problem.

Since this week is basically our busiest of the year, there is a table of snacks right outside of my office. At least theres some veggies and nuts but theres also queso and chips and cookies so it will be a challenge. I just have to remember that I can have that any time, and that I indulged yesterday, so I need to choose food that will get me closer to my goal. It would be so much easier if I didnt have to hear everyone else indulge though!
