Been the exact same weight 3 mornings in a row... that NEVER happens!
81.3 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think you were waiting for me to catch up. I was 179 this morning, so we're back to being within half a pound of each other. WARNING: I'm going to be really serious and will probably lose very quickly, so try to keep up. I LOVE a little friendly competition.

I had the same thing this week, 2 scales, identical weight 3 days in a row, which is fascinating at how unlikely that seems. I can't recall that ever happening. Perhaps the reason is.... .. aliens 😆

dear Pixie68, it's just a plateau. its happenedvevery time I've tried to lose weight. don't lose heart. more wt loss is just around the corner if you stick to your program. 😘
