Starting a new challenge this week. I knew yesterday I ate more than I should have. It wasn't for the tamales, I would have been pretty low carb. It's hard to calculate them because they were homemade, so no idea what the real carb count would be. Anyway, even though the scale was up, I was feeling trimmer this morning. So not sweating it.

Whenever I'm not sure of something's count, I check out several similar items in the database and then either pick the HIGHEST count one or one somewhere in the middle of the pack. I've already entered my slice of German Chocolate Cake for tomorrow's anniversary dinner!

Ahhh Debbie, German Chocolate cake is so nice, enjoy! With tamales, they always seem so small when I eat them, but then the calories are so high haha. @HCB, I did have a lot of sodium yesterday. @Liv, thanks!
