Im so close to hitting the lowest Ive been since 10/2016. Then my next goal is passing 245.5 (8/2014) then 233 (04/2013). Then I dont have any more records from old apps to go by so Ill guess Ill just have to make up some goals and them smash them too!
114.3 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
