I haven't been this "high" since January. I did not drink the usual copious amounts of water, this weekend. I ate out a lot out of laziness. I am a week or so late for "shark week" so lots of cravings and water retention I am sure. Ok, well Monday is usually the worst weight of the week, so hoping to knock it back down. Bone broth for lunch today, and green tea in stead of coffee. ...moving forward :D
