Well it is Thursday, which is typically my lowest day of the week. I know this weekend will present some challenges. A friends birthday and another friends (couple) wedding celebration. We can only take it one meal at a time!
80.6 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 19.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
