Started planks, pushup and yoga. The elliptical cycle broke down yesterday so need to do something else for cardio. Weight stays constant and so does my diet. Fingers crossed !!🤞🤞
63.1 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
