Did better food wise and will power wise. We had no power when I got home, so I got wrangled into eating an ice cream pop I didn't budget for. It was sugar free (low carb) so guess not so terrible :D
82.5 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
