I kept my cals low the past two days, and I think that Im finally back on track. So much easier to log when Im in a routine (and have a computer in front of me all day)!

This is the lowest Ive been in the past couple of years. 4 more pounds and Ill hit my first FS goal. Ive never been so close to hitting a goal before. Ive always given up before Ive done that.

Of course, were getting breakfast pizza today at work so Ill have to keep it in line the rest of the day. No problem! Im feeling positive and motivated! I just need to continue working on consistency because thats what gets us through the hard times.
114.1 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 31.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
