Super busy weekend. Yesterday I was grabbing snacks that fit, and then I came super close to running out of cals for the day (and for dinner). I didnt make my protein goal either. I have my day pre-planned today so that wont happen again.
114.3 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
