Pretty good day. A little over my RDI but I also mowed, had VB practice, and had over 14k steps. Thats literally double my goal. So I think it all evened out. 😉

Im going to miss VB when its over. Im a Unified Partner which means that I play along side Special Olympics Athletes. Its super fun and were headed to Fall Games in N Illinois next weekend to compete. That gives me a week to plot out my food situation because Im not about to get off track now!

Happy Friday Y'all!!

I actually work in the State office for our SO program. Unfortunately it’s all behind the scenes and boring paperwork. 😆. I get to go to all of the State Competitions but I don’t really get much interaction with the Athletes- so VB was a new way for me to get involved. I HATED VB in school so who knew I’d like it so much now, gotta be the people. 🙂. I’ll have to check with the agency and see what other Unified sports I can participate in.
