Man was way over on calories, so not surprised. I woke up kind of bloated, so skipping breakfast. Just bummed about the Astros and all the snacking i did while I watch them lose last night haha!
88.7 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 27.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
