Long frustrating day at work. We had meetings but since I was out sick the day before, I was really anxious to get caught up on emails on my breaks - only to not have internet. I pretty much lost my shit at one point in front of the one person that I like the most at work, and he was gracious enough to act like he wasnt seeing it happen. A group of us went to dinner later and he asked if it was him or the situation and I felt so bad about melting down when it was over something so small and insignificant. It was cool that he approached me about it though, I was just about to say something to him. Glad were still cool and he doesnt think Im a psycho for it. FYI I did end up having to take my extra "as needed" anxiety pill yesterday. I dont know why those staff meetings get me like that, I dont feel extra stressed so...

I also made myself go to the gym last night. We did a pyramid workout which means I ended up with 100 Burpees, 100 Goblet Squats, 100 Pushups (modified), 100 KB swings, 45 Reverse lunges, 45 OH press. I didnt use heavy weights, I kept it kind of low but even then the OH presses almost got me.

My weight is up today but thats because its evening out from my being sick. I had two days of low cals and then back to normal yesterday. Shark week is almost here so who knows what tomorrows w/i will be.
110.2 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I don't know if you ever watched 'The Office' but it saved me a lot of anxiety when I worked for corporate America. I used it as a tool to keep a handle on myself when everything else was hitting the fan.

Sorry you had such a crapy day at work! It can be so hard to catch up on stuff when we are out! Your workout sounds great though! Sounds like CrossFit 👹 which is the devil 😅 😅😅

Yeah it was definitely a good one! Glad I got it in since I missed today and will miss tomorrow. Im just starting to get into The Office - funny stuff! Its been a really wild week and I actually felt like Jim when he became Co-Manager with Micheal and had to put Ryan in the closet. 🤣
