Obviously, buying a new pair of pants that fit perfect is the weight loss equivalent of waving a red cape in front of the scale.
No worries. I know this is hard to believe, esp after my chronic liar syndrome confession yesterday, but I'm relieved. That constant rapid downward was a little hard to believe and I wondered if my scale had broken. Even the FS 'weigh in message generator' practically called me a liar.
Now, if it happens tomorrow? That'll be a different story that will likely include an Epic temper tantrum. But at least I've stopped questioning the scale and doubting my progress.
So, I'm reassured the scale is working, have no explanation for the uptick other than it happens, and am moving on about my day. I'm eating lunch so that I don't have to try to get all my intake in OMAD. Just mixing things up and keeping my body guessing.
