Pixie68's Journal, 22 Jan 20

Last night, I was not expecting to go for Mexican. However, I knew it was a possibility and I was mentally prepared. We went with a friend who always orders dessert, so my husband needed to have dessert too. I was fine with just going home and unzipping my pants, but I had to help my husband eat dessert. I will remind him of his plea for help next if he ever mentions my weight gain lol.

He can't complain now lol. It'll come off in a day or 2 once you get back to your normal WOE.

Or just tell him to eat the dessert and enjoy it and just leave what he can’t eat. For your part just say no thank you, I’m full.

thanks! 😊 he doesn't complain about my weight, but he does act like a pusher sometimes lol. If I am going to cheat, I would like it to be with something I am really craving or have saved my calories for. But once I tried one, it was like "are you gonna finish that?" lol

don't weigh yourself after a big meal give it a day or two. It could be water weight. Hang in there.

@najwa I had never had churros before, and they were filled with dulce de leche! so yah, I enjoyed it!! :D Very true @Michele, I weigh myself every morning, usually not first thing though, but before I eat anything for the day. This morning I was running late and weighed myself right before the shower. Usually I give myself some time to do "my business" to get a more accurate weight lol
