This is the heaviest I have been...pretty much ever. I have a doctors appt today, and she will not be happy about my weight 😒 So I am sure I was careful to skip breakfast (fasted 16 hours) and eat very light before bed last night. I went to bed early to get a good nights sleep and I was actually expecting to be below 207.
95.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 33.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Scale does not cooperate. I tell it every morning what it is I expect and yeah it will likely give me the opposite. Hope you have a good appointment!!

🤣 Thanks so much Ladies!! Debbie, I am not taking any meds (and I hope it stays that way!👍) ...but its been about 3 or 4 months and I have stopped my cycle. So it probably hormones as well, fun times ahead fun times ahead! 🤷‍♀️
