Weight stayed the same. better than a gain. Ate very light last night, because we didn't get to eat until late. The last thing I needed was another heavy meal an hour before bed. Working late on this new project (11 hours days) and they feed us breakfast and lunch at the moment because the client is here. I have been making a concerted effort to take the stairs more and do "laps" of the building floor (which believe it or not, takes about 4 minutes! This weekend I will have a lot of house work (moving furniture and reorganizing things) I also got my husband to take a 30 minute walk with me before dinner.
94.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 33.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I started the spring of '18, but have been off Keto for about a year. I did lose 30 lbs on it though, in 10 months
