Tracked yesterday, but went over my cals. Its the boredom - my snacking is ridiculous.

Ive been drinking more water. Yesterday I did a Zoom workout with my gym and either I had a good back workout, or my form sucked because thats where Im feeling it today.

Today Im tracking, drinking water, and trying to get in more protein.
113.2 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 30.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
