My birthday was last Wednesday and since then I’ve been having a lot of trouble with coming back to the diet and exercise.. It’s painful to see this weight slowly come back up 🥺
70.9 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
