Well ... finally a significant drop! I was very purposeful with my water intake yesterday so that could be the difference. I hope everyone had a great Sunday!
60.1 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
