Not excited about this drop since it seems to be my flux right now. If I can go two more down, then Ill start getting excited.

I didnt go to the gym yesterday but I did take two walks that were over 2 miles each. Felt good to be outside so I enjoyed it.
115.9 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 33.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
