Well Im not starting my July challenge on the right foot! Yesterday wasnt the best day nutritionally and I felt pretty bloated most of the day. I think this is carry over from that.
I went to the gym last night and got a good workout in. Today I did an AMRAP over lunch with my coworkers. It was HOT on my porch and I felt slow so I did a couple more rounds after the call ended. I was going to do some yoga after but by the time I found a video that fit what I was looking for, I was starving so maybe this evening Ill do it instead.
