please recommend me some diet tips I was 90 kg

Hii bro..You just follow calorie deficit.. It means count your calorie intake from google.. Suppose if your calorie intake is 2000 .. U just reduce 300-500 calories from your intake... Count on calories and eat what you want... Consume protein rich foods like milk, eggs , meat, wheat,millets etc for healthy wt loss. Try to include glass of milk morning and evening and reduce your oil intake too. .. Use 1 or 2 tsps oil in a day.. Eat a fruit before your workout.. Do atleast 10-15min little workout and include walking in your day and u will definitely loose.. One thing I would like to tell you.. Don't strain yourself regarding weight.. You eat good meal with some workout you will definitely loose wt but slowly.. Be consistent

Can I eat rice in my meal instead of chapati the 1 serving cup of rice becoz I hate chapties...is it icerase wait ...I can perfwr some times chapties...

Yes sis you can eat rice too..sis anything won't makes you fat... You can have your fav food but eat in calorie deficit.. I will pooris,sweets too but I count on calories:) .. Make sure are taking good food for 80% and of course you can have 20% from your craving items

Yaa I take 1200 calories in a day and in that only I eat what ever I want...and thanks for replying me fast
