finally some progress after weight loss plateau
59.5 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

How you break through weight loss plateau

I have been working out on this for last 2 months Haven't lost single kgs How u did it 👀 Plzzz give some advice.

In my case I had to increase my calories intake, before i was consuming less than 700 calories per day..then i increased my calories intake upto 1100 calories per day...and i increased intensity of my workout then after 2 week of this schedule i lost .5 kg and now i am losing weight but very slowly...hope this helps best of luck

low carb and fat, increase protien burn 1000 calorie extra as your daily consumption for this you can jogging upto 10 km and + early morning I am doing this before 2 month till today I lose 12 kgs
