it's been 1 week and I've lost a total of 0.6 Kgs. :)
I don't feel as bloated anymore and because of regular exercise, I feel more toned and strong :)
This week I hope in addition to physical fitness, I also start to work on myself mentally.
After all these entrance exams, I've been feeling quite down and I haven't dealt with any of it. I've just tried to ignore it and in the long run, that's detrimental.
