This week, the major source of my calorie loss was dance.
Somedays I did nearly 2 hours of dance, but I don't think I can do that every day so apart from dance I've also been brisk walking for 30mins to an hour.

I'll do more of dance this next week so let's see how this week's results will be like :)

I try to eat less calories than I burn, even if it's in double digits some days, so that also could be affecting the weight loss is minute ways.

As for why I gained so much weight last week; I was most likely bloated and it was a lot of water weight because I didn't exercise for most of the week.
