Water weight is coming off - which is amazing really because Im still eating mass quantities of crap. Ive been showing SOME restrain which just goes to show how absolutely insane I mustve been eating. I tried logging yesterday and didnt get past breakfast. Im going to try again today.

I can think of a billion things Im doing wrong, but Im struggling with what Im doing right. Thats one of my goals today:

Go to the gym
Drink water
Find 3 positives in the day
Bonus: Log food
119.5 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 37.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I hate when I know I've been sticking to the plan but the water retention won't give me an encouraging 2 ounce drop in the morning. The little indication you are going in the right direction motivates me further. Positive Thinking helps too!
