😢 What must have caused so much weight gain, friends pl suggest me, What is happening?? :(
I haven't done anything which could have caused weight gain.
45 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 45 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 14 kg a Week

You have gained weight while being strict to your diet and workout? Seems kinda weird. But you can tweak your workout routines. Same routines for many days is less effective eventually. Try to change your workout routines. Also adhere to low carb low fat and also calorie-deficit diet! And finally don’t stress upp. Achievements can be delayed but you’ll achieve your goals. 🌟

some fluctuation in weight is normal. make sure you weigh yourself at the same time every time. over what time frame have your gained this weight? a calorie deficit diet will always lead to weight loss. weight gain can be due to water retention as well which can happen with high salt intake. don't worry just keep working on it. good luck.

I think 45 kgs is a good weight fir a girl even at height on 5 ft. Why are you tring to loose?

Thank you friends for your suggestion , I will try to perform them all . I wanted to lose weight because though I am skinny I look too chubby on the outside I don't know why:(

Follow my diet for best results... Take protein from paneer, soyachunks, Pulses, and vegetables only... Eggs if you want. Have whey protein once a day when feel hungry. Completely avoid Sugar, Chapatis, Rice....
