I am back still on the same plan but now added another plan offered by my workplace to give my weight goals a boost.
#PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION 💪🏼
60.9 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
