Hi how did you manage to keep your weight loss steady? Did you change the calorie intake overtime or increased the exercise ?

@sanjana94 Hey! I consume just 1500 calories, everyday. I don’t exercise but I try to be active by walking or taking stairs or just you know?! I’m surprised so as to why I’m losing weight on such a large scale with just diet but I can also not deny the fact of how I would eat JUNK like 5000calories of junk on a daily basis and this switch has caused me to lose weight this crazy.

I try to consume almost same amount of calories or even less on some days. I also walk for an hour or so on a daily basis minus the weekends. But my weight loss has taken a pause for a month now after reducing the initial 8 kgs. It is so irritating. I have no idea what to do :(

@sanjana94 That happened for me as well. My weight was still for a good month and that was because I lost a lot and then my body got used to the calorie intake so during that time, I ate 1800/2100 at time but now, after a month, I reduced it to 1500 and it’s losing very well. My calorie intake used to be really bad, before being on a diet, I used to consume 5000+ . The shift from 5000+ to 1500 is the reason why my weight is losing like this.

ohh alright! I get it! I used to eat quite lot of junk before getting into calorie deficit diet, but still I am losing weight very slowly 😔
