I couldnt stop snacking yesterday. Today Ill try for less sugar, and more veggies. Supposed to be in the 60's today so Im planning on being outside for a bit. Ive been feeling very lazy this week, I need to pull myself out of that.
117.0 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 34.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Try a protein snack. Like sliced chicken breast wrapped in lettuce. Protein will curb your hunger and maybe help you to avoid the snacking calories.

@Aviendha- it really depends on your goals, your current weight, height, activity level... I think a good idea of what to aim for though is to play with percentages. Right now Im aiming for 131g of protein, which is 30% of my macro goal. Its also a number I can hit. Ive had higher protein goals and I really struggled, my struggle now is mental.
